What a fantastic business transaction from start to finish! Our salesman, Charles, was exceptionally accommodating to meet our flooring needs. We were renovating an outdated master bedroom and decided we still wanted to stay with carpet for its feel when your feet hit the floor getting out of bed. On top of providing us product information and purchasing guidance, Charles allowed us to take carpet swatches so we could make a paint choice based off a product, not a picture. Once we made our choice, the rest was just as personal. Measurements were taken, carpet ordered, and the installation date was set. The installers were a father and son (Julio & Julio, Jr.) team that showed up on time and did a great job installing the carpet. We had already moved everything out of the room and declined their offers to assist in putting the furniture back but they did offer to do it. They did put our king size bed back in the room as it’s a task for my wife and I to do at our age and did a good job cleaning up all the remnants and vacuuming the new carpet. Overall, I was very pleased with our purchase and installation. My wife and I feel we were treated to a very personal service experience that one can’t get in a big box store. We highly recommend that you give them your business. You won’t be disappointed.

Carpets & More did a splendid job installing our new laminate flooring. Liz made the process of choosing the right product to suit our needs a pleasurable one. She took the time to explain the benefits of each product and gave us samples to take home to see how they would look against our kitchen cabinets, fireplace and furniture. Charles measured the rooms and answered questions about the installation process and financing options. He worked to keep the price within our budget. The installers were very professional and completed the install in a timely manner. We could not be happier and highly recommend Carpets & More for your flooring needs.

Highly recommended this Oviedo local business. Liz and Charles got a carpet job done for my rental property in last hours of 2024 for my taxes and just in time for me to move in with fresh carpet in 2025. They got this done over the holidays and in-between other contractors. Liz' wonderful suggestions were perfect for me to make quick yet informed decisions. Installation was great also. They did my closet with the leftovers and left me a bunch of doormat pieces too (the little things are nice too). Again highly recommend.

Recently had the entire house floored with Shaw LVP flooring. Carpets & More Oviedo was great to work with, Liz and Charles were awesome. Completing the entire house at ounce meant no seems between rooms so the floor has a smooth flow from room to room. The installers were done in only four days. Charles hooked me up with interest free financing which made the decision easy. Thank you, Liz and Charles, the house looks great!

The installers were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. The installer needed to blow leaves off the driveway in order to cut the carpet and volunteered to blow leaves out of the garage - an unexpected and delightful plus. They cleaned up after finishing, replaced furniture. The carpet looks great!!
